Glad to see you drop by...help yourself to a beer from the icebox...fire up a music file...
Or even better, buy a CD! The long-awaited "Silver Bluff Estates" is now released...we're featuring a funky, reflective, haunting bunch of songs in the Americana/alt country genre. I wrote these songs mostly during "down-time" when I was serving in UN peacekeeping missions in Kosovo, Haiti, and Mozambique. Being far from home stirred up memories of my musical roots in country, folk, blues, jazz, rock...a lifetime of songmaking, songsinging, and guitarpicking.
Folks have said my work reminds them of Johnny Cash's late recordings, with touches of John Prine, Rodney Crowell, and Tom Robbins (the novelist). Such comparisons make me humble indeed...I have a long way to go. But if you want to find out for yourself, just click here to purchase an "actual CD".
For you iPOD-ers, click here for digital downloading, song-by-song or complete CD with artwork & liner notes... Thanks!
